Abeer holds a Bachelor of Law from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi. She also completed certification in UAE Taxation from the Institute of Corporate and Taxation and maintains Income Tax Practitioner status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
