Ms. Coleman has been practicing since 2008. She has assisted her small business clients in developing strategies to best protecting their businesses by incorporating, drafting enforceable contracts, and helping them negotiate issues with debts within their business.

She wanted to assist tax professionals in creating corporate structures to help protect their personal assets and assist them in putting things in place to also help reduce their tax liability. She has helped create the corporate team of attorneys that the tax professionals need in order to have a successful business to build generational wealth for their families.
